Panicking!!

Has anyone got their case moved to the Consulate from the NVC without the NVC updating Case # on their system. Thats what we hv bn told.

Received NOA2 on 11/20/2007 and sent to NVC on 11/27/2007

Received at Consulate on 12/12/2007.

NVC has no update on our case.

Kinda scary

Did anybody else have the same problem??

There is no online system to track your case once it leaves the USCIS service center. Right now, you are waiting for your consulate to contact you via Packet III, and assuming you are the beneficiary your fiance (USC) should get a letter from the NVC indicating that your case has been transferred. Relax, your journey is almost over

Guess my question is whenever we have called the NVC, they say that the case has not been recvd and USCIS says case sent on 11/27/2007. Also an officer (Military Liason) at NCSC confirmed that the Consulate has received it from the NVC on 12/12/2007 and since it was a military expedite, it was at the NVC for a very short period so they probably didn't even update it on their system.

Yes, if the consulate has it then the NVC transferred it directly. Military expedite can be very efficient. Good luck to the two of you!!
