Hi everyone,

I'm starting to get together everything I need for my hubby's AOS interview on the 23rd. We need a vaccination suplement and have been calling around for quotes. All his shots are up-to-date. The cheapest rate I have been able to find is $60. Can you all give me a sense of how much you paid? (Just the supplement not exam or vaccinations). Money is tight and every little penny we can save helps. I need to get a sense as to whether that is a reasonable rate just to fill out some paperwork.

We are in the San Francisco Bay Area FYI.

Thanks so much!!

This week at the Escambia County Health Dept., Pensacola, FL, we got the I-693 Vacc. Supplement sheet filled out for nothing....td shot was $26. The nurse just gave her the td, copied all the info from her K-1 visa physical Vaccination Worksheet, got it signed by the Civil Surgeon, sealed the envelope and that was it. She even gave us copies of everything....nice folks!

Wow, Ramsy County, MN is really greedy it seems. It cost us $115 for some nurse's assistant to ask my husband if he had his medical records with him, and when he said he didn't, she noted that on the form, and sent him off to get shots.

Gary,

I am curious. I see you are from Arkansas filing through Menphis. Why were you in Pensacola for the Vac suppliment. That is the same office that did ours for nothing. They were really nice folks.

I'm retired military and we are down here in Foley, AL at an rv park for a couple months this winter....even got married down here two weeks ago. Found the Escambia Cty. Health Dept listed as a Civil Surgeon location on the internet. I called them, determined they could handle the job at a great price! Also, went to the Pensacola Naval Air Station and got my wife's military dependent ID card. So Pensacola has been a pretty good place for us to visit!!

I am still dying to know what this vaccination thing is.

First, I never had to submit anything on my vaccinations when I was getting my K-1. I had a doctor's exam, but no vaccinations, nor she was checking any of it.

Then I saw all this stuff here and got worried, but sent AOS and even got RFE, but nothing to do with vaccinations again.

I have my green card now, so I think it doens't apply anymore, but just out of curiosity: how is it possible that some people are required to deliver it and some don't ?

thank you for explanation.

Ana
