Hi - I switched from being a K-3 filer to a CR-1 filer, so I've started to look at this group's forum now. I'd like to be a part of this spreadsheet...

I-130 sent 1/7/07

I can't update from work but I can post. :devil: I usually hit the updates every few days or so and last update was 3/15. It really depends on how early I get home from work and/or how tired I am.

January 7 I-130 sent - APPROVED in 106 days.
Interview - APPROVED 175 days from NOA-1 date
ROC - 2010-2011
October 5 - I-751 sent APPROVED 111 days from NOA-1 date, no interview.
NATURALIZATION - 2012
APPROVED 79 days.
May 9 - Oath ceremony - in Oakland, CA.

March 19 - Sent e-mail Choice of Agent, without scan of DS-3032. Paid AOS fee ($88).
April 1 - Choice of Agent information accepted (10th "working day" to accept).
April 3 - IV invoice appeared. Paid IV fee ($230).
April 11 - Sent IV package and AOS package TOGETHER. Confirmed delivery April 15.

April 26 - Case Complete (10th working day)

May 14 - Interview date assigned (12th working day)

June 5 - Interview in Sofia - VISA GRANTED!!!

June 16 - POE @ SFO. No problems. He's a citizen now!

Oct 4 - US Passport received. (SS card received some time in the summer; had to go to SSA office to obtain)

It has been updated again. I show no outstanding July filers who haven't gotten their NOA-2s. I show only 3 August filers still waiting (oh man, I feel sorry for you guys, seriously). I have 5 outstanding September filers but the list is still pretty big for October forward for those still waiting for their NOA-2.

Please keep your VJ time lines up to date as that is what I use to populate my spreadsheet.

Mailed my I-130 3/10 recieved NOA1 3/18 but that was becuase post office almost sent it back becuase of maiden name on mailbox. Please add me to the list as I am leaning more towards going for the IR-1 visa since we have been married longer than 2 years. Thanks

You didn't fall off. I am only tracking the IR-1/CR-1 filers and you are listed as K-3. I don't have time to query both visa types so am just doing the I-130 solo filings at this time. Sorry. :cry:

Got 'released' from work a bit early today for Good Friday and I had a little time, so I made some upgrades to the spreadsheet.

You will find at the top to the spreadsheet, links to a separate sheet for CSC filers and a separate sheet for VSC filers. They each have their own respective averages along the bottom as well. Its interesting to see that VSC is approving I-130s in ~164 days while CSC is averaging ~185 days (which is longer than their goal of 6 months).

Again, I am not tracking K-3 filers, only CR1/IR1 filers and I update the spreadsheet a few times a week.

All of those dates are correct. We were extremely happy and shocked when we received our NOA-1 on Friday...but the dates are 100% accurate. We can put the minutes if you'd like. :whistle:

(It's listed as DayDay.MonthMonth.YearYear)
