I have started a tracking spreadsheet for those I-130 (sorry you I-129fers) filers who got caught in the USCIS delay, roughly August 2007 to present. You can find it here. It is also linked on the top right of my blog (link below).

I will try to update it as often as possible. Be forewarned, my husband is coming to visit next week and the updates will be slow in coming, if at all, as I will have better things to do during that time :whistle: but I will catch up when he goes home. :crying:

Merk, resq39, dodson01, sharif did you receive NOA2 hardcopy? I am just curious if it was just a fluke or they really started processing aug/sep. I am really happy for you guys. It gives us hope.

I got my first NOA on 2/13 and on the bottom its say VSC center.

Dec. 30 2007 <- Sent I-130 (along with G325A)

Dec. 31 2007 <- Received registered mailed e-signature

Feb. 02 2008 <- Check Cashed

Feb. 13 2008 <- NOA 1 received

Nov. 18 2008 <- NOA 2 received

Dec 14, 2008 <- AOS fee paid

Dec 21, 2008 <- DS-3032 received by NVC

Dec 21, 2008 <- I-864 sent into NVC

Dec 26, 2008 <- Paid IV Fee bill online

Dec 29, 2008 <- Confirmed that NVC has received DS-230 & i-864

Jan 12, 2009 <- NVC case complete and interview date for wife is on 2/2/09

Delicia i noticed that in that spreadsheet my date on the I130 Sent is wrong (It shows Date that i got Married)

The Date that i sent I130 was Nov 16 2007

Well i sent I130 & I129F , i prefer the I130 app be approved, but i sent anyways the I129F

Question.....is there a way to put a TOTAL number of days on your chart? Meaning the total number of days your petition was sent to date it was approved.

It seems that many people are not understanding that they should be looking at the TOTAL days not just NOA to NOA2 or sent to NOA1, cause we all know that those dates can be all over the place and mean nothing at times. It would be nice to see a spreadsheet that tracks the FULL time as a whole. Like 200 days, or 167 days to approval. If your spreadsheet can add another line for this would be good. So that people can get an average of seeing if its taking 3 months vs 5 months vs 7 months for USCIS to approve their application.

I appreciate the spreadsheet that you are doing but it may not help those that are newer get a real idea of just how fast USCIS is processing a "completed' application if they only see these interval dates. I think this may be why there is confusion with folks who filed in January thinking that they may get approvals within 45days of that, while there are many people in August/September who haven't gotten an approval...then you still have to wait for USCIS to get to Oct-Dec filers. So the overall time would really be good to see.

Hope this makes sense.
