I have started a tracking spreadsheet for those I-130 (sorry you I-129fers) filers who got caught in the USCIS delay, roughly August 2007 to present. You can find it here. It is also linked on the top right of my blog (link below).

I will try to update it as often as possible. Be forewarned, my husband is coming to visit next week and the updates will be slow in coming, if at all, as I will have better things to do during that time :whistle: but I will catch up when he goes home. :crying:

Finally, I got my NOA1 today dated 12/31/07!!! I am sooo happy :dance: . What a long wait just for NOA1! Delicia, please add me now...I-130 mailed on 9/6/07 and NOA1 dated 12/31/07.

Ok now i got it right - CONGRATS!!!!! lol

Tnanks, Susie. By the way, any luck with this online access? I mean have you Been aBle to check your status online?

3/13 - RFE letter FINALLY received - and document that we sent NOW resent back to VSC grrrrowling

3/19 case resumed processing

3/20 touched

3./21 touched

3/23 Easter bunny touched again

4/01 - APPROVED I-130

4/02 - touched

4/07 - received hard copy approval

NVC JOURNEY BEGINS

4/07 NV Case number assigned

4/08 AOS, DS and all fees paid online

6/09 tax transcript for 2007 just became available -whoot

6/20 NVC receives everything nothing more to give them now just close eyes and pray

6/23 NVC enters into system

6/26 NVC - RFE uggh - wants all three years of Federal tax return listed and they lost originals or so they say - DING DING ROUND TWO

7/25 NVC Case completed whooottttttttt

8/7 Case forward to US EMBASSY LONDON OH YEAHHHHHHHH -

Embassy - case out for delivery to embassy via DHL sneaky us lol

08/10Received

08/19 Medical Exam completed - healthy oh yeah!!!!!!!!

9/26 @8am -Interview - approved VISA IN HAND OMG WHOOT!!! HELLO AMERICA MY LUV

POE- Atlanta then MCO - October 15th with the cat "GIT" on board lol - POE SUPER SWEET

Husband home finally - god what a journey....but after 400+ days we made it

We mailed our I-130 on 06 Sep 2007 the Texas Service Center received it on 10 Sep 2007 and we finally received our NOA1 on 31 Dec 2007

Feb 2005: We met

April 2005: Began dating

Dec 16 2006: We got married in Texas

Sept 6 2007: Mailed I-130 to TSC

Sept 10 2007: TSC receives I-130

Dec 28 2007: I-130 NOA1 mailed

Dec 31 2007: Received I-130 NOA1

Feb 24 2008: Put into system case now at VSC

April 29 2008: Touch

April 29, 2008: Approved - Case Status Online message of approval

April 30, 2008: Last updated date & message changed. Still approval message, but a different one

May 01, 2008: NVC Received & Case Number Assigned

May 12, 2008: DS-3032 & AOS Bill Generated

May 17, 2008: DS-3032 emailed to NVC

May 27, 2008: DS-3032 received by NVC

April 24, 2009: Interview at London Embassy - APPROVED!!!!!!

May 05, 2009: Received Visa (IR-1)

NSC received our on 8/29/07 and we got a NOA1 from CSC on 12/21/07.

07/18/2007: Married in Gretna Green, Scotland

08/29/2007: I-130 Application Recieved at NSC

12/21/2007: Received NOA1 from CSC

01/08/2008: Touched-Change of Address

02/02/2009: Responded to RFE with brand new AOS based on 2008 tax return (if that doesn't shut them up, dunno what will)

I have been keeping this updated and am finding NOA-1 receipts via time line searches. If you have received your NOA-1 for an I-130, and are not on this list, it is probably because you haven't updated your time lines.

Just wanted to say hi and thanks for keeping this list. I'll surely keep an eye on it, we just filed Jan 2nd so..well, we have a while to go I suppose. <_< I'll let you know when we hear anything. Fortunately the time lapses seems to decrease.

Hey everyone,

Thank God my husband received our NOA1 on the 16th of January, not certain what date they sent the form to us. I was soooo excited that it did not matter, Just to hear something was better than nothing.

Good luck to all of us, we need it!!! :yes:
