I-130 NOA-1s recently received

I have started a tracking spreadsheet for those I-130 (sorry you I-129fers) filers who got caught in the USCIS delay, roughly August 2007 to present. You can find it here. It is also linked on the top right of my blog (link below).

I will try to update it as often as possible. Be forewarned, my husband is coming to visit next week and the updates will be slow in coming, if at all, as I will have better things to do during that time but I will catch up when he goes home.

Finally, I got my NOA1 today dated 12/31/07!!! I am sooo happy . What a long wait just for NOA1! Delicia, please add me now...I-130 mailed on 9/6/07 and NOA1 dated 12/31/07.

I don't know if you would like to combine them with a thread already in progress. If you search for "NOA1 to NOA2" there is a topic with a fairly large list. So far that is the most comprehensive list I found for 130 NOA1 to NOA2 etc time lines.

I was going to add on to that existing sheet but its seems to be for people who have NOA-1 and waiting on NOA-2. There is a large segment of filers just hanging around waiting on their NOA-1s.

By the way, I am back and updating the sheet as I find new NOA-1s.

I think you should continue this thread Delicia until we have got over the NOA backlog - it's really interesting to see how long things are taking now - it will also be interesting to see how long the NOA2s take in the current climate. I think your form is a lot easier to read than the other thread anyway!

I find it odd that only VSC filers are getting their NOA-1s. Now they seem to be ahead of the California filers.

Sorta strange but again look at this yes, I am here in Florida, file to TSC ok fine, then it goes to CSC - noooooooo~~~~ Chicago and then it gets sent off to Vermont ~~~~ so thats a heads or tails issue - we were suppose to be in California but for some reason (again not moaning by any means) we ended up in Vermont.

Go figure.................no wait dont do that.........there is no rhyme nor reason to their processing anymore
