For the past 3 days, whenever I click on "check case status online" and then select "log in to existing account" at the USCIS website, it takes me to an error page. Is this happening to anyone else?

thanks!

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

oops, my apologies. i should have searched for this topic first. I just noticed a series of postings that others are having the same problems. has anyone contacted uscis to check status on this? 3 days seems like a long time for the system not to be working.

Does it really matter? They are so slow to update that it's almost useless. I have been patiently checking since February for any news on my NOA2, it arrived by mail yesterday having been sent on the 14th. The website is still reporting no action. No e-mail sent either.

In the help section they say status is updated within minutes .... Should this be weeks?

I second this. Their digital system is a joke. 100%. I still have items from 2004 that are complete (advance parole and empl. authorization) that are not updated.

I guess it just shows that any system is only as good as it's weakest link...and USCIS has a ton of weak links!

Yes,,,we too have had no luck for 2 days trying to log in to the CSC website. (If the "S" really means "SERVICE" they goofed that one up) At any rate it was SURE good news to see a members' posting that they received their NOA2 in the mail without any updates on the CSC website!!!! I better run out and check the mail !
