My fiance received his packet 3, and the instructions have 3 parts. We can't tell if he needs to send in part 1 by itself, or with part 2, or can part 2 be sent separatley. He can't get through to the consulate and we don't know what to do.

I have scanned the document so you can take a peak. The blue ink wih his name and tick marks came that way. That is what is confusing us, cause it looks kinda like one and two or ticked... but if you read part one, it looks like you have to send that first. Very confusing!! Please help, he only has today and tomorrow off to get it done.

Thanks so much.

Christine

From the instructions you return the DS 230 part 1 and the police certificate first and return those to the embassy. The DS 230 part 1 without the DS 230 part 2.

The rest is to be obtained and brought to the interview.
