the I-134 form 's first page is printed on the computer and the second page is filled by my pen and it is signed and notarised

is that ok specially the appoitment is about to come?

My K3 petition was returned back to USCIS on Jan,22nd,2008 and i am still waiting till this moment to hear from the USCIS
