Just wanted to say I know what it is like to be in the black hole and having no date to look forward to......seeing no light at the end of the tunnel.

We were apart 3 Christmases, birthdays etc. Christmas 05 we had not filed yet, Christmas 06 we said this is our last Christmas apart, his interview was 12 /14/06.......wrong.....it is now Christmas 07 and we still have until spring to go.........but hey at least we have a date and that makes it bearable.

Three more months seems like nothing compared to the time it took to get us to this point.

We were in AP for a year and our second interview is in April. Now we have a date and can count the days until we see each other again.

I will be present at the second interview.

It has been one heck of a ride to say the least and not knowing when AP will end was the worst thing of the entire journey. The uncertainty was

laced with a lot of anxiety.

I hope congress will change this torture to a time limit some day.

I want to encourage all of you that this WILL PASS. It will be over soon. Keep busy. Get the house ready for your SO. Never give up hope.

It will all be just a memory soon and you will be together (F)
