Didn't know where else to put this..?

Ok, so the last time my wife visited me in England (before we applied for K-1), the immigration officer told her that she had to have a visitors visa the next time she came, because they weren't going to let her in the country because she had exceeded the 6months stay in any 12 months (we thought it was 6months max. at any one time).

Anyways, we're planning to visit the UK together around March/April. And we have a few questions:

Where do we apply for a UK Visitors Visa for my wife?

How much is it?

How long does it take to process?

Sidenote: Can anyone tell me which travel site has that feature where they'll email you when your flight comes below a certain price?

Thanks all.
