I am getting ready to go see my fiancee. I am trying to get all my paperwork together, that she needs to sign, in triplicate. My problem is, what service center address do I use on my letter of intent?

I have read conflicting information. One post says that I should use the Nebraska Service Center (I am in Illinois). Then another post says that all K-1's are being handled by TCS/CCS. Mine being handled by the CSC.

My question is which one do I use on my forms and which one do I mail it to??? NSC or CSC???

Thank you in advance. I'm sure this won't be my only post :)

You should use the address of the center you will be sending it to. In this case you can use the chart here to figure out where you should send it: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

It looks to me like you should use the California Service Center (CSC).

Good luck! :)

You would use whichever service center is handling your case. I am in Illinois as well, and my case was handled by CSC. I sent it to Nebraska originally and it was forwarded to CSC because Nebraska doesn't do K-visas anymore. If you look on the I-129F form it says which service center you should send to depending on your state. For us (Illinois), it's California.
