Arrived Nov 4th on CR-1, still no Green Card

My wife arrived November 4 on her CR-1 visa, she has her SSN, but still no green card. Could this just be due to the holidays and should we just keep waiting for a few more weeks?

She already has work and the employer accepted her stamped passport, so we are not in any hurry, but I would like her to have her card soon so we can put the passport in the safe and not worry about it getting lost or stolen for when we want to go back to the Philippines this fall.

She can call the USCIS for more info but it's taking them an average of 7 weeks or longer to deliver green cards now days.

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
