Ok, just when I think I am getting this figured out I read something that makes me confused again. I would greatly apprecaite it if someone could get me shaped up on the fees.

AOS is $ 1010 with the biometrics.

EAD and AP are $ 340 and $ 305. Now I just read a thread or two down where someone said the EAD is included with the AOS fee. Is it and is the AP also included? I am just trying to figure out what I need to send, $ 1010 or $ 1655

The AP and EAD are included in the $1,010 fee if you file all the paperwork at the same time.

Yeah...From what I understood, the fees for AP and EAD were separate before July 30,2007...As of then, the fees increased....so now the $1010 includes all of it.....

The 1010 for AOS includes EAD and AP, just include the I-765 and/or I-131 in same envelope as I-485, I-765 is c 9 based on pending I-485.

If you file I-485 first then wait for I-485 NOA1 letter, and then include a copy of the letter with the I-765 and/or I-131, and again include no fee for the EAD or AP

Do you remember me? you met my wife Iveta back in 05 when you were there. So tell me is this the same lady or a different one? Hope everything is going good for you. We are finished with everything now. We had our AOS interview today and she got approved for the 10 yr GC. We had a daughter last year. good luck to you. I hired an attorney to do my paperwork and everything went as smooth as glass.
