Is this a one-way street? I notice that on the google map that it is one-way but it doesn't show that for the whole street. Just curious as I'm preparing myself, even though I don't have an interview date. :lol:

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

Sure is. You can't turn left from Dorchester (Rene Levesque) onto Ste. Alexandre and when we were there on Wednesday, a right turn is not possible since it was closed.

Ha!

The street is now open at both ends.

It runs from North to South, or from Ste. Catherine's Street towards Rene Levesque.

Ste. Catherine's is also one way, from West to East.

Rene Levesque is two way...yes no left turn anyways (from the West) as St. Alexandre runs towards it.

Can you see it in your mind's eye now? :D

(You can never be "too prepared". Ha!)

If not, check out Google Maps and hit hybrid view to see the street as it looks (in whatever season they photographed it) and the street names. I believe it may even show directions in the regular mode.

I love Google Maps and Earth.

I "take walks" wherever I feel like going sometimes...especially when I miss one of my multiple homes/places.

Funny-looking card arrives – September 6th, 2008 :)

Mailed request to remove conditions – July 7, 2010

Landed permanent resident approved – August 23rd, 2010

Second funny looking card arrives – August 31st, 2010
