Vancouver Sent me the wrong checklist

Hey All,

I finally received packet three in the mail yesterday (Dec 24). They sent me the K1 Checklist!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR I emailed them and told them what had happened. I am so so so tempted to print the K3 checklist off of VJ and fax it back to them :whistle: However, the checklist changed....they now require you to make payment at a Scotia Bank prior to your interview.

09/13/07: Received NOA1 (PD 5/31, RD 5/31, ND 9/10, PM 9/11)
11/15/07: Case Approved

Use the check list they sent you, there is not much difference between K-1 and K-3 other than having a marriage cert.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I think yours and my sweetie's checklists were mixed up! :P I'm 90% sure he got a K3 checklist in his K1 packet from Vancouver. I haven't seen it personally, but I know he mentioned marriage certificate when he was reading it off to me. So I'll ask the same question... should he email them for the K1 list, or just send back the K3 list without whatever doesn't apply to our case?

I emailed and asked for a K3. There are a little bit different. The K1 asks for an affidavit of support, intent to marry, proof of relationship etc. K3 does not ask for that.
