AOS questions maybe dumb ones

Ok, well I hope to send off my packet tomorrow assuming the visit with the CS to get the I-693 goes well. Ok, well here are my questions at the moment.

Stupid question # 1. The 485, 325, 864, 131 & 765 should all be sent together to the chicago lockbox with the fee of $ 1010.00 The instructions say to hook it together with the Acco clips. ( good I have 99 to use up) My first stupid question is should it be fastened into one packet or should the 131 & 765 be separate since they are separate filings sent together.

Stupid question # 2 The link on the step by step instructions for the 131 and 765 go to a page which does not provide that info. Is there anything that needs to go with the 131 or 765. Do I need any extra photos or other documentation. I saw in October filers for AOS someone had a pretty good cover letter but it looked almost like they provided extra sets of everything for each form (for example 6 passport photos, 3 copies of birth certificates with translations etc.

Thanks and merry christmas. I guess it is the nature of the beast that some are happily opening presents on Christmas morning and others are fretting about visa/immigration issues.

#1: Make sure you send everything off in one envelope, but separate the different packages by putting them into, for example, a folder each.

#2: In addition to the step by step guides on VJ go through the instructions that come with every form you are filing. They will have detailed info on what to submit with those forms. If the instructions for I-485, I-765 and I-131 ask for 2 passport pics and a birth certificate each, then yes, you need to submit 6 passport pics and 3 copies of the birth certificate with the whole package.

Photos as in proof of a bonafide relationship/marriage will have to be provided later on in the process when you guys have your interview.

Thanks Leibi. That helps a lot. I did manage to get the other two instruction sheets to load and print. My computer and Adobe Reader did not seem to be seeing eye to eye and that has helped. I think I am getting pretty straight on all this and should have the applicatoin off in the next day or two.
