I called uscis yesterday and was told that should be done in 2 or 3 weeks and have the NOA1's (I-130) issued.

Hmmm.... we'll see if that is "real talk".

I WAS transferred to an actual immigration officer who went through the motions of checking for my name in the system (non-existent). sooooo I can say that this MAY be the actual truth.

Like I said, we'll see.

Wow surprised at that goodie or maybe not.....I guess the contractor must have gotten their act together and taken

over for what I know is that so many from late July, August, September and forward and forward and so forth have not received anything as of yesterday (anything equates to a NOA1) and I have learned that the IO (immigration officers) have no clue either about what is going on. They just laugh when I call, cause I have the CSR speech monoluge down to a drowned out rat, and once I get to the IO I just say hun, check the system. They are number 2 on speed dial now, ####### what happened to my life lol....just kidding
