NVC will raise up the IV Bill on January 1, 2008 to $400.00

Important:

If the NVC generates (ex. IV Bill) on the weekend. (ex. Sat, Dec 15)

Then, the NVC will mail it and post mark it on a weekday which will be Monday and the NVC automated system will say (ex. Mon, Dec 17)

Please Note: Please check dates very carefully because of the weekends and have your generated dates correct!

Please check dates very carefully if it anything was generated on a weekend, then likely it will have a differant generated date.

Thanks for the link. Looks like those who get the payment mailed out before the first can save $20. From the USCIS Fees page.

Applicants who have paid the current $335 fee prior to January 1, 2008 will not be required to make up the difference and pay the higher fee even if their application is actually processed after January 1, 2008.
