Should i call the Manila Embassy for changed of address for my packet 4?

What i did was sent them an email, i stated the new address and my case number and the result was they sent me two sets of Packet 4, one addressed to my old address and one to my new address. The delivery guy delivered it both at my new address though. So, you have 3 options, you can call them, email or send a snail mail. I guess you should email them because it won't cost you anything.
