Proof of Payment DS157-what shall I do to this?

Hello VJ'rs,

Merry Christmas to all.I just want to make sure for my DS157 Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application.Do i need to write using blank pen on the space provided there or just leave it blank?Im really unsured with the answer of the incharge in the bank she didn't make it clear if i will write some information there or just leave it blank.please help me!thanks God Bless And Have a Very Wonderful Christmas to all!I need your help!Jenny :help:

Removing Conditions

5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

You have two options: first, most petitioners fill out the DS-157 proof of payment form and turn it in as one of the two DS-157 required in packet IV for the interview; or the second option is to attach the DS-157 proof of payment form to the back of one of the two DS-157 forms already filled out for the interview.

If you decide to fill out the form you can use a black pen or an old fashion typewriter.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Since you already have the form validated by the bank ( thats your proof of payment) you might as well fill that up as your DS-157 to be submitted during the interview :) Just write legibly or use a typewriter.

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.
