And did she receive any kind of written response to her inquiries? It sounds like they sent you a letter. It could be as simple as: "Processing times are between 120 and 180 days, etc....."

Sounds like you'll have to wait to see what exactly it is that they sent you.

Sounds like you are getting an RFE (request for further evidence). I got the email notification prior to mine coming in the mail. The letter will specify exactly what it is you need to give them.

I don't think so. The message would have said that we have requested more information from you. Instead it said that they are responding to their request for more information.
