When to panic and escalate if possible.

This has been a long and crazy wait. I know there are delays but I'm starting to panic now since its been so long since someone has touched my application. Should I be concerned now? Does anyone have any tips on calling the USCIS? I just get a wonderful message stating they are working. Should I be concerned now? Here's my info below. Any tips would be great! Thanks

I-129F Sent : 2007-07-25

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-08-08

We sent in ours on June 12th and didn't get our NOA1 until June 29th...but ours wasn't touched until November 8th when it got approved...check out the website to see where they are at...

06/12/07 - Sent off I-129F

06/18/07 - Received by California Service Center

06/29/07 - Touched

06/31/07 - NOA1 Received

11/08/07 - Approved!

11/14/07- NOA2 Received

12/06/07 - NVC Letter Received

12/10/07 - Packet 3 sent from embassy

1/10/08 - Second Packet 3 Sent from embassy (First one got lost in the mail)

1/17/08 - Packet 3 received

1/25/08 - Medical

2/07/08 - Interview

2/17/08 - Flying to me!

Check in the K1 progress sub-forum for more info. Things aren't moving as slowly as they had, but you are far from the only August NOA1 to be waiting for approval. So, no need to panic :)

They're actively processing July right now. Also consider it is the Holidays so somewhere after the New Years processing will pick up speed again.

You should be gettign it soon! I filed mine on 5th Jul and just got a notice through email and received my NOA2 TODAY!!

dont panic, CSC is known for its massive slowness that makes people want to punch babies. i know from experience :(
