Hi all

Okay I am sure this has been asked but I am yet confused about the following:

I485 Form: A# I out down my alien number guessing that was right?

I94# whats that?? Where do I find that?

Experation date: I wrote down when the K1 expires not the I94 is that correct???

Just curios cos I am about ready to send the AOS off and want to make sure it is all correct before getting an RFE.

Thanks a bunch!

The A# Most be in your form I - 94 that the inmigrant officer writte down on this form when you arrived into USA, the I-94 Number is The form that have a consecutive number in the top of the form and is the Departure Record from Inmigration... The experation date is the same one that was stamped on your passport and wrotte it on the I-94.

God Bless you

Hi Dakota :)

The A# is on your visa, at the bottom left (last annotation). It will start with the letter A + 8 digit number

The I-94# is in the I-94 white form, at the top left, "departure number"

The expiration date is in the I-94 stamp, on the line that says "until" (in our case, under "class K1")

Good Luck!

Saludos,

Caro
