Noa 2- nov. 30, nothing yet from nvc

K3 process sent in june 2007

03/03/2008- INTERVIEW....... NSO sent documents for documentation

04/09/2008- visa approved!!!!!!

04/11/2008- visa in hand

04/14/2008- cfo stamp

04/23/2008- Leaving for seattle via china airlines!!!!!!!!

AOS

7/31/08- submit I-485, I-765

8/02/08- received in chicago lockbox

8/15/08- received receipt notice for I-485 andI-765 in the mail with notice date Aug 11

8/25/08- received biometrics letter with post stamp dated Aug 19

9/10/08- BIOMETRICS at USCIS Seattle 8 am!!!!!DONE!!!

11/7/08- EAD card production ordered yeheyyyyy!!!!!

11/14/08- EAD in mail

11/20/08- applied for ssn

12/04/08- ssn received.... time to go job hunting!!!!

01/26/09- first day of work

02/04/09- received letter for the initial interview

03/12/09- interview in Seattle at 1pm....... APPROVED!!!!---- 10 yr greencard!!!!!

03/16/09- received Welcome to the United States notice

03/18/09- GC Card Production ordered!!!!

03/25/09- Approval notice sent

03/27/09- Green card received!!! Expires 3/18/2019

Naturalization...........

07/05/2012- filed n400 phoenix arizona (local office seattle)

07/112012-Noa 1

08/09/2012-Biometrics appointment done!

08/27/2012-Interview notice sent

09/26/2012-Interview day at 2pm APPROVED!!!

09/26/2012-OATH TAKING DONE! (same day)

count us in... still no word yet. NVC hasn't even received our case

Mid-June filer, Mid-July NOA1 :(...

6/21/07 - I-129F Sent : transferred to CSC at some point...

7/12/07 - Received date as shown on NOA1 Hardcopy

7/18/07 - NOA1

7/21/07 - Check FINALLY Cashed!!!

7/24/07 - Finally got receipt number off the back of cancelled check!

11/23/07 - Our first ever touch!

11/27/07 - Touched on website

11/28/07 - NOA2!!!!!!!!

I-129f was approved in 160 days from your filing date.

12/21/07 - Received at NVC and assigned case number!

12/27/07 - Case forwarded to USEM

01/04/07 - Case received by USEM

02/25/08 - Scheduled St. Luke's Medical Appointment 7:00 AM

03/03/08 - Interview at USEM APPROVED

I call everyday. CSC even said it was in the mailing room when i called on December 8th... still not at NVC yet :( Edited by niceguy26

I-129f was approved in 160 days from your filing date.

12/21/07 - Received at NVC and assigned case number!

12/27/07 - Case forwarded to USEM

our approval date of NOA2 was 11/21. We still have no word

CSC says its in the mail room and could be 90 days

and that NVC has 90 days. So until it has been 6 months they will not research and track the file to see where it is. So if it is lost in the mail room at CSC or NVC unless it has been 6 moths they will not put a track on it

Why do they say to call on the NOA2 id it has been over 4 weeks?

It is a waste of time to call. It is a joke

I honestly believe i woke the guy at CSC up from a nap. He sounded like he was asleep when i called and took a few minutes for him to become alert enough to know what i was asking about.

I guess the only thing you can do is wait. There is no rhyme or reason to the time lines if you look at them. Some take a week, some two weeks, some five some just disappear after the NOA2 is received.

I see June and May filers with who have not received NOA2 and some who have received them but still no interview

then some with interview dates who were received NOA2 mid Nov.

Sorry guys, just blowing off steam. this system seems to be a trainwreck.

16-Jul-07 ----- NOA1

21-Nov-07 ----- NOA2

27-Dec-07 ----- NVC sent file to USEM

16-Jan-08 ----- mailed packet 4

28-Jan-08 ----- recvd packet 4

03-Mar-08 ----- medical date (planning to go earlier probably 2nd wk of Feb)

13-Feb-08 ----- thanks God im done with my medical exam taken Feb 12 & released Feb13

very smooth processing God is Good All the Time

10-Mar-08 ----- interview date there's no big deal in USEM especially if u'r with ur fiance

25-Mar-08 ----- visa on hand (Thank you Lord)

09-Apr-08 ----- arrived in the USA(POE Minn/st pl) thanks God i made it by myself. God is Good All the Time

25-May-08 ----- OUR BIG DAY!!! (1yr after engaged)

05-Jun-08 ------ got SSN

25-Jun-08 ------ got driver's permit

08-Oct-08 ------ passed the road test... yeyyyy i can drive alone now... thank you Lord

03-Jul-08 ------ Received Biometric appointment

You are 100% correct the sytem is a train wreck.

I have also been trying to follow other peoples time line as a guage.......but like you said there is no rhyme or reason to how our visas get processed.

I will do my best to keep you all posted, I check every day.

This week will be very slow because of the multiple holidays involved.

I called Friday Jan 4 at 8:20PM CST and we are approved.

I am so happy......and that means that you all are right there also.
