What are you doing for Christmas

This will be our first Christmas in our own home. The first two Christmases we spent with Joe's family in Texas and last Christmas we spent with my family in Ontario. So, I am reviving a long-standing tradition that I followed in Canada before I moved south - a Winter Solstice dinner for friends. Tomorrow night we have 16 people coming over for food and a friendly celebration of the Winter Solstice. We will do our best to entice the sun to start staying longer in the sky - it has worked in previous years and I don't see why it won't continue to work this year:-). (Dancing naked around the fire works best at the Summer Solstice but I won't stop anyone if they want to celebrate the Winter Solstice the same way).

Christmas Eve we will snuggle at home with a fire in the fireplace, a good Christmasy movie on TV, tracking Santa on NORAD and just enjoying time together. We will open our gifts Christmas morning, call our families and share Christmas greetings, and then have Cornish Game Hen for dinner.

We're going to Atlanta to be with my husband's children. We'll celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve as his ex wife is a nurse and works on Christmas day! It will be nice to be all together.. not so nice will be in GA without snow

Counting the minutes till it ends. Thankfully sooner here than in Germany. It is going to suck this year.

I have to work 11am to 7pm on Christmas eve then go to party after work Christmas morning have a long 4hour trip to grandmas house. The best part i have three days off wooooooo.

The plan is to have Christmas Eve at one place and then go to midnight mass even if I protest and then stay the night at my brothers and his fiances huge house and have Christmas there with Grandma and Mom and them.

Hmmm,,,,Well, i'm going to celebrate christmas here in my apartment together with my sister and mom i guess since my beloved fiancee isn't here and its sad but it's ok because hopefully next year i'll be celebrating christmas with him already.I will just take the time celebrating holidays with my family here in the Philippines this year coz if ever we'll get approved with our application, i won't be celebrating holidays with them for a long time so it's still worth it.

I know that we all wish to be with the love of our lives this christmas season but it just takes us to wait.

Just be hopeful with everything.Have faith and trust with our partners.Keep on loving them more and more each day.

I miss my love so much though but got nothing to do than to wait.

My prayers goes to all of us waiting...

We will have a simple christmas dinner then probably do something for fun like games and stuffs for kids, picture taking and of course, opening the presents which is the exciting part for everybody who got presents, hehe....
