hallo everyone!!!

Finally we got appointment for AOS interview.

the immigration office send us also a list- what should we bring with us for interview - and here is a problem.

I don't know what they mean by: "proof of current immigration status"

and second thing- completed I-693 medical/vaccination- I had that done already in Poland- before interview for K1- and I asked the doctor about vaccination- I had to take one extra shot- and she filled the form out. So do you maybe know- should I go to a doctor once more ( it is more than year since the last time) and if yes- can I go to my doctor or do I have to go to immigration doctor.

I'm waiting for some suggestions .

Thank you very much

Agnieszka

Hi Agnieszka!

"proof of current immigration status"- In my opinion you should bring notice of action and EAD card, because this document proves your status.

If its been more then one year since you had a medical exam, you should do it again. But the best for you would be to call to the imigration center, because every case is differnt.

Good luck!

thank you very much!

well - calling the immigration center makes me so mad - i have never spoken with real person yet!

I think I shouldn't worry about I 693- the earliest appointment to the closer doctor is for may 17th.

our interview is on may 9th. the other civil surgeons in Montana are at least 3 hours away.

I also found at www.uscis.gov- that I don't need new medical exam as long as my form I485 was filed within one year of the exam date- and it was filed within a year.

I guess I will see what happened on interview.

thanks again

Agnieszka

Did you send the completed I-693 form and/or supplement with your AOS package?

No I didn't send it.

My I693 was in envelope which I gave to imigration officer on US border- when I came to Us on fiance visa.

I send with my AOS packet DS3025- vaccination documentation- and they didn't send me RFE- so I guess was ok?

I don't know- I'm a little lost
