Is this normal? I just got a second email yesterday saying "On December 19th we ordered production of your card....". I could have sworn I got an email from them on the 14th saying they ordered it on the 14th. Does this happen a lot?

I HATE miles, gallons, pints, words spelled without u's, and all that other jazz...

Was just ordered again today...for the third time. Now they just need to put it in the mail. Oh, and then they have to figure out how to process that very complicated AP form that they've looked at more than once but just can't figure out how to approve it.

We got two emails about 5 days apart as well. We also got the approval notice a few days after the last card production email. What the hell goes on over there

09-05 Finally meet in person

07-06-2007 MARRIED

10-19-2007 Package sent to Chicago

10-22-2007 Package arrived at Chicago lockbox

10-26-2007 NOA notice date

10-29-2007 NOA in my hot little hands

Yeah, I give up trying to understand USCIS too. I just got my AP in the mail today and wasn't even aware that it had been approved. Still waiting for the EAD that was approved three times to come in the mail though. lol

I see the case status thing is down again. That thing has more problems eh?

My EAD card production was ordered for a third time recently and just yesterday it was approved. One would think it was approved the first time card "production" was ordered eh?

I got 5 "welcome to America" letters once I was approved for my 2 year green card. It cracked me up! At least I knew what my fee went to -- postage! :P
