I am applying for a CR1 visa. Do I need the kids g325-a for this? I think maybe I should just send it in anyway. I don't want to have any problems. I have already wasted two months on trying to get the kids birth certificate straightened out through a lawyer and the NSO. Can you shed some light on this? Someone else mentioned that I don't need it for the child also that it would be included under the wife's g325-a form.

thanks,

Martin

Well I guess I have to fill them out for her and the kid, send them back there and have them sign all four copies. They don't have DHL, FEDEX, nor UPS where she is. At least according to locations they have specified on there websites. The only service that is available is Johnny Air which is going to be a major PIA to get to. It's down town San Francisco, Ca

I take it the mother just signs for the kid if she is only 10 yrs old, or does she have to sign those as well?
