Best wishes for your reunion, PolarBear!

I'm wondering if they've declared yet another snow emergency here. If so, I'm gonna have to figure out what to do with my car...we need a driveway!

We went to the Celtics game last night...great game and we had a great time in the box (but ####### is up with $60 chicken fingers!? :o ), but they lost. :(

no kidding they were on a winning streak until last night! lol

I'm looking out my window and normally I see the Mystic River Bridge and all I see is white. I picked a baaaad day to forget my cell phone. :crying:

I used to live in an appt in Beverly and we only had street parking and it sucked royally!!!!! There were three tenants and basically whoever made it home got the ONE spot that we all shared. Everyone else had to park in a lot that was three blocks away.

That's some expensive chicken fingers! I thought you were in a VIP box, don't they have free food? Sounds like a good time though.

Yeah, that's what I thought too! Apparently the drinks were free, but not the food. Not to worry though, we drank at least $60 worth from the bar, so it's all good!

With our luck lately, maybe we jinxed the team by being there.

The parking garage is a 15 minute walk when the roads and sidewalks are clear...oh woe is me! :crying:

Today is my last day to work and then I don't have to work until Wednesday YEAH!!!:dance::dance: I will be able to finish my Christmas shopping and since my husband finally said that he really wants a stero for his car I am so happy that i can get him what he really wants. This morning I told him that if he didn't tell me what he really wants then he will just get a bunch of stuff... Well I will take his car Saturday and get it installed. That makes me so happy. Tonight after work I am going to get my daughters camera and then I will be finished with the big gifts then I can just go get some small things and be finished. YEAH.

I don't know about the card but I think congrats are in order!

As far as the key chain is concerned it depends on the kind of key chain. For example a fish hook key chain that also opens a bottle of beer is kewl to consumers of the beverage, but a typical "I got this in the airport as a memento of my travels key chain" or "it's the thought that counts not the product" would be well...just that.

Are you getting it so they think of you when they have it or are you getting it because it resembles them somehow? Or are you getting it because it's cheap on the fly and light to package and mail? Either way the key chain is going to make one of those statements to the reciever and lets hope that it bears the best of the opinions.
