I'm up with the Cairo peeps LOL! Well we're off to the airport this morning - might be out of touch for a couple days but hope that you all have a great Christmas and to those traveling have a great time!

May 11 '09 - Case Approved 10 yr card in the mail

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony

Journey Complete!

Woohoo its Thursday...almost another week down.

23 days. lots to do still, will get to that...after Christmas(haha not like thats special over here) perhaps.

hope everyone has a great day.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Yeah, I need to wash my car too Charles. It's a black mess right now. I just taught my husband how to scrape the ice off the windows....now I need to teach him how to wash my car. ;)

Today is my last offical day of work till next Wednesday. :dancing: We are having a big party at the office tomorrow afternoon, but that won't consisit of any work thank God. We're already looking into hiring someone....that's how busy we've got. Our first day of clinic was Dec 3 and it's only gone uphill. :dance: The ex boss is still "threatening" law suit (which there isn't anything he can sue us for) so this afternoon my partner in the business is making an appointment to see him and bringing her attorney to tell them to back off. It's soooo middle school. They will actually call us and try to get info from us! We've been bitting our tongues and really, we haven't said anything bad about anyone from that clinic alothough they are ripping us apart.

Anywhoooo.....enough of my life drama!!! :lol: Hope everyone has a great day!

during the winter months, i just hit the car wash. several times during winter i take it thru the drive thru so the underside gets washed. now i got 3 of them to do this with, washing cars is getting expensive :P

Happy Thursday!

My SO was crying on the phone this morning bc he's leaving his family for who knows how long and without a care-provider. His mother didn't take it well. At least he did say he was happy to finally be able to be with me and hopefully he will be able make a long visit every year. I hurt when he hurts, but at the same time I couldn't help but be happy when I got into bed.... I feel like a terrible person :unsure: I am so torn on this one...

PB - Don't feel like a terrible person! Leaving his family and coming here and adjusting is going to be an up and down ride, and no one ever said it would be easy.

Aymerlu - I hope telling the other clinic to back off works!

Charles - I never wash my car...because as soon as I do, I forget that I just washed it and decide to go on crazy dirt roads and kick up a lot of dust (weeeeeeee!!!)

As for me, I'm sick AGAIN today. Working from home and hope to get more work done than I did yesterday! I have some kind of real nasty upper respiratory infection but it's strange because it's moving really fast...it just seems like all the other times I've had something like this I'll feel the same way for days with like post nasal drip, and then I start coughing with that cough that lingers for weeks...but this time I went through the whole gross nasal thing yesterday and I'm onto coughing today.

What. ever. I just want to feel better :crying:

Divorced. To hell with him.
