Have been reading people writting about something called james shortcut. Can this be applied to DCF? Are there any of these "shortcuts" for DCF????

No.. those shortcuts only apply to applications that are being processed at the National Visa Center in thew US..

No, James' shortcuts are for the NVC only, and only for immigrant visas (for the rest of you still reading).
