question on my employer letter.

I had an employer letter made up by human resources already and its on company letterhead and it reads something like this..

To whom it may concern,

John smith has been employed by company xyz since 7/31/87, when he was hired part time. He went full time on 01/22/91 and is currently working at our location as a permenant employee. his annual salary is $24,222/yearly.

then of course its signed by HR representative.

I don't have a position or title except I work the over nites as a full time employee. should I use this letter or do i need to ask them to do another with some more info? such as nature of work or etc.? thanks for your replies.

I did the same just to get things ready but may need to ask for the letter again later because the process is taking so long to get approved. My employer just put the date I was hired, current position, total anaual salary and the location I work at. I would rather have to much info then not enough info. How did you get approved so fast? we filed in october and still waiting. My fiancee is in Manila

Our employer letters also say that we are in good standing in the position. Make sure it is on letter headed paper

hi,

Please do mention additionally on a new letter your Post as you work as , as it is essential. The letter should cleary mention your manager's name and address and phone number of your workplace.

All that the I-134 instructions asked for is:

Statement of your employer on business stationary, revealing:

1. Date and Nature of employment;

2. Salary paid;

3. Whether the position is temporary or permanent.
