Hi all;

We got our case number on October 11th after sending the paper work August 10th.

Does anyone know if the California center processing rates posted in their website (http://fupi.ws/j7z) are accurate?

Currently says April 29th 2007 for K-1. If this is true, the wait will be very long.

Thank you

that is the OLDEST dated petition they are workign on. they currently are approving may, june and July.

it generally takes about 5-6 months to process + approve your case. I had an RFE and my case was approved in a little over 6 months. They keep their site pretty accurate from what I can tell.

This is no longer true. This is how it *used* to be. At this time the processing dates have changed to a set time period UNLESS they have a backlog - only then will they show a true date of the oldest file to be adjudicated.

For example, if USCIS decides the I129f petition came be adjudicated in 6 months, the processing date will always show 6 months - UNLESS they get backlogged.
