04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

That was tried at another message board I know of. (The one where Mags and I met, in fact) The thing is, anyone who posts a "GOODBYE!" thread is only doing it for drama. Ergo, they want their own damn thread. lol. So they can quickly and easily check on it....to see who wants them to stay. When no one wants them to stay, they quietly disappear from the internet and take up kicking puppies, slitting their wrists in public, or - even worse - they become a mime.

It's all about the drama and the attention.....

thanks for explaining why people always do the "goodbye" thing. i always wondered why people post they are leaving and wont be back. so now i know.

why is they always want their accounts closed also. if u just stop coming no need to close the account right?

no closed account means they can log in invisible and lurk, although even that isn't necessary as anyone can read vj without being logged in, they just can't reply until logged in.
