I have asked this before but i will ask again

i received both NOA's for my EAD and my Adjustment in the same letter.

I have been for my Biometrics for the EAD and since begun work but not heard anything else about my Adjust case which i expected as i understand that it take a long time however my question is.....................................

do i need to do anything in the mean time asre there any forms to file etc can i check the status of my case at all?

The wait seems to be points as i have nothing to do.

Cheers

I guess my first question would be that you mention you went for your EAD biometrics... have you also been granted your EAD ??

If you've received both your NOA's then there really isn't very much else you can do at this point. If you made the pr-emptive strike of sending in an I-693 Vaccination Supplement with your application then that should drastically reduce your chances of receiving what seems to be the most common cause of RFE's. If you haven't got a vaccination supplement yet and you think you might need one (normally if you were missing any vaccinations at your K-1 medical which you got after the medical but before you left the UK) then I'd look into the Civil surgeons in your area and what the cost of the supplement will cost. My vaccination supplement cost $50 which I thought was pretty reasonable. Some people have gotten theirs cheaper, others have paid more.

Apart from that I really can't think of anything that you could be doing besides waiting for that magical letter to arrive with your AOS interview date !!

Hope thats gone some way to helping answer your question.

Mark :)

You haven't filled out your timeline so I don't know how long since you filed your AOS - I would think that the 'norm' is about 4 to 6 months depending on your district office. We went through Denver and received the interview letter about 4 months after filing (interview was about 5 months from filing date) and in our case the biometrics appointment came later. Good Luck
