We went to our neighbors house yesterday for while- they had a mass at their home. That was really nice- It was really cool that the Priest came to their house and did it.

Another story about our neighbors- they don't usually use garbage bags- they often just throw things in their bins and take it to the curb on trash day. Because of the wind- we often get lots of their garbage in our yard, it usually ends up in one of our flower beds. Me and Mel were doing some work outside one day and as I was collecting the garbage from out bed, I came across a picture their 3 year old Claire had done for Thanksgiving. I made a joke saying we should frame it and give it to them for Christmas. That is exactly what we did. We gave them their gifts after the mass yesterday and came home to prepare for our own party. Later last night- Mel popped over there to check in and see how hey were doing- by this time they had opened the gifts we brought them and they were so touched by the picture that they all had tears in their eyes! Apparently when they opened it- Baby Claire had stated that it was a picture she had drawn with Miss Stacey (me). The picture had Happy Thanksgiving on it with Claires name on it and it was obviously something she had drawn at her daycare. Now the neighbors think it was something me and her had planned- they were all so impressed that and I don't know if I will ever have the heart to tell them the truth.
