Ut oh! This thread just past the 5000 post mark. Guess that means it will be locked soon?

Anyways... I just got done watching the sweetest little angel in the entire world. Her name is Hailey and I knew her when she was in her Mommy's belly before she was even born. I used to say to her in her mommy's belly "Hello Baby! I am looking forward to meeting you soon!"

We played kid video games like learning ABC's, and we played ball, and she even curled up next to me and we watched Cinderella. It was so sweet to be in a little girls world again.

Hailey has strep throat today and I took care of her while her Mom had finals for her nursing school. Hailey is only 3 and the happiest child even when she's sick. At one point she messed her pants, probably because of the antibiotics, and so I had to give her a bath. She is just darling. When we were all done I was brushing her hair I was thinking about having my own children some day with Waleed. It made me want to be a Mommy right away. Later when Hailey went for her nap I had to rationalize to myself that while the desire is strong there are still many things Waleed and I need to sort out before having a baby. Like being on the same continent for example. And him passing his USMLE's here. And working on getting our own home and settling some roots somewhere together.

The Mommy force is with me strong though. *sigh*

Olivia, he went to the embassy and they tell him they are sorry but they did not have enough officers to review the case. So they asked him to come back on a later date in last week of August. I am hoping for the best.
