You can cry for my graduation day though on May 16, 2009. It took me 12 years to finish college and I will be bawling like a baby that day! :crying:

I know it took over a decade for me to finish it but damb it I did it! Whoot! :dance: First generation college student standing on the shoulders of the repressed women in my family. I'm already making my speech for the graduation party. I'd like to thank my Mom because without her support I couldn't have done this...ect...

I never went to college. I felt I didn't need anymore education, but sadly my mom couldn't afford it, and I hate debt. My mom was a hard worker, also.....scrubbing toilets and people's dirty houses, taking in ironing, anything she could grab up just to feed us.

i never did the college either just varied hours at the community 2 yr college on subjects i was interested in...not sure what i would have done different....i did go to a business school but found it wasnt much more than what i had in high school for a price... some business in the jr college like accounting, computer, small business management, literature and composition, just whatever i wanted ha
