I've been doing these meditation practices and self-hypnosis DVD's for anxieties.

My first semester of my last year in college starts in 4 weeks.

In other news we're planning my 30th B-day party before I leave for college since the majority of my friends and family are in Boise. My B-day is in Sept so we celebrating early.

It's set for Aug. 23rd. @ a lovely resturant downtown and I picked out invitations already. It's going to be the pink party!
