Aymerlu....I ate too much cake last night, so I had to go sleep it off. Still the same cake, yellow with vanilla icing. The next one will be Devil's food with coconut pecan icing.

Its very cold here.. and I feel like I'm sick and joints achy - breaky.

I dunno I don't have fever but feeling sick and lazy..hehe..is that what winter blues all about ? The dry air makes me cough and gasping for breath..I can't do my work out with gusto..I mean I have to stop for a minute or two before I continue another set which before is easy for me..I need to sweat it out to inspire for me to do my workout! Feeling lifeless..arg!

Sounds like you may need some vitamin B's in your system. Yes, it is the dry air making your breathing poor. Try a humidifier or a lot of house plants.

I am taking Centrum vitamins already but I will try to have that too if it help me..we have humidifier but I guess I am not that used to this kind of weather yet..house plants? I don't think we can..cats kill them..

Try a humidifer, but make sure the humidity doesn't get too high because that can cause problems too. Have you tried Zicam? We have a lot of patients swear that it works. I've never tried it though.
