Last time I ate eggplant was when I was in Egypt. I never really liked it, but my sister in law made stuffed eggplant so I gave it a try and actually liked it so I ate a lot of it. Big mistake.....I was in the bathroom the rest of the day and I guess when you feel like poo......people want to feed you more! :blink: I've never ate it again.

I'll take some cake though! :thumbs:

It is just a simple yellow cake with vanilla icing. I just had a huge piece, so the heck with the sugar. I fried the eggplant. Added some spices, sliced it, breaded it and fried it in extra virgin olive oil. I think it tasted ok. I was hungry.
