Howdy!

How is everyone today?

Bien. Y tu? Are you ready for the storms? At least you guys aren't under a tornado watch yet.

Je suis tres bien. Merci.

I haven't heard anything about the storms. One of Mel's coworkers is a weather freak- if anything is gonna happen Mel will phone and tell me.

A tornado I have been through before- a big one hit Edmonton when I was in Junior High school- it hit about 2 km from us.

I was also in the city during Katrina.

We really don't get large tornados here. They seem to be smaller and much more short-lived than the ones they see in the midwest sometimes.

Things look good here. It rained this morning but the sky is clearing and the sun is coming out.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Nope- she was only here for the weekend.

She will eventually end up living in Atlanta (her daughter is there) once she gets the house sold and everything dealt with in Houston. Mel gave the offer that she is always welcome here but thankfully she is not going to live with us. :) I love her- she's great but that would be too much to take.

I was telling Mel yesterday that me and his mom were having a toilet roll war- I always put the roll on so the paper is over (so does Mel)- every time I went in the washroom- it was the other way so I would change it back.

What kind of maniac puts the roll on with the paper out of the back? It has to be over the top.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

At least no one gets any stuck on their shoe. So , did you introduce her to Happy Hour? Im glad you enjoyed her visit, but Im with you, it would be too much if she lived with you guys. You have not been married that long to start that business.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

She grew up in New Orleans- she has enjoyed many a happy hour! :)

She doesn't drink- maybe an occasional glass of wine.
