I am doing good! Thank you for asking!

How's your day/night so far? still enjoying some slices of cake ? :P

I had to stop doing some sweets and pies and cut the chocolates for now..have to stick to a diet and working out so my boys have the motivation to do for themselves too, Gary doing great with his dieting and working out..plus he is VERY busy at work also. I admire my hubby - he is the type of person when he wants to get something he really works on it. Lat year he quit smoking and he succeed on that . He is smoke-free man now and this time he wants to lose weight and work on his eating habit , and so far he is doing good! :luv::dance:

Wise man, he is, Luz...I can admire him for making those changes!

I have not had cake because...I have not baked one yet, but I still have a mix sitting here. Im trying to wean myself off of the sugar.

Apart from that, Im doing ok, thank you for asking.
