Hello everybody ...

My name is Mohammad from Jordan , my nick name in life and here (internet) is Hadi , and this is my story

in 26/06/2005 i met my corrent wife via internet chat and in 7/8/2005 we met in real , she came to visit me and we decided to get marry and that's what happened in 17/8/2005 , then we hired a local attoreny in Amman who supposed to fill our application .. we faced the first problem that my wife lost her last divorce decision paper and we needed it to start the case .. and her Ex husband refsued to sign a paper to get that reqiered document ... not even that he paid money for the lawyer to delay that document to be issued , my wife came again to Jordan in 3/7/2006 as she got her vication and she stayed 24 days ... when she left back to the state she received the requierd document and she sent it immidiately to me but the attoreny told me that my wife has to come again to Jordan because there is a big risk in our issue because the document issued dated newly and that means the my wife was married to 2 men (Double Tube) at the same time so she has to come again then to divorce her then to re-marry again so he can start the application , and my wife came to Jordan again in 6/8/2006 and we did the steps we adviced by the attoreny and we re-married again in 21/8/2006 then the attorney filled the forms and gave them to my wife .. then my wife applied in 1/9/2006 for I129 and I130 and we received the Noa at 12/12/2006 then transfferd to the NVC then to the USA Embassy in Amman who told me by my attoreny my interview will be in 20/10/2007 then they called at 24/march to tell me the new date of my interview , which was in 10 April 2007 .

the interview was exactly at 12:30 even it managed at 8 am and was about half an hour , the CO asked too many questions and sometimes strange questions for example ( my wife works as a home nurse ) so she asked me about the families that my wife work with ! i told one and i didn't remember the other and she asked me about the exacte date of our marrige i told her 2 days before the wedding and she considered that false because she told me our marrige was in 21 and i said 19 (i mean second marrige ) then she gave me a paper and asked me to fill it with all information about my wife and what i know about her then she asked me to rise up my hand and to swear that all what i said and filled in the paper is right .. then she gave me my passport and she told me to leave and hand me a paper with 221 G

the reason in Yallow was i did not convince her of my relationship with my wife

i stayed in contact with the embassy and they didn't give me an exact answer

sometimes they gave me information and some other times they tell my wife another answer

for example i asked them when they will return the file to the states they answer me in may they will then they answered by june the file will be they , and they answered my wife that in 10/july 2007

at least in 13/july2007 the file received again in the states and my wife calls the USCIS near;y everyday and she never got a helpful information everytime they give a various answer

she went to the sentor office and she left all reqiuerments there and till now they didn't call her , they kept telling her that they will contact her but they didn't ..

there is a service by USCIS.gov official website to do an interview and my wife did 3 until now and in all interviews they lady who talked with my wife was rude and been tough

last interview they told her that in next Feb they suppose to finish all case proccesed in 2007

now my friends please tell me what is going on ???

we also filled 824 to doublicate our file and till now we didn't recieve anything they said they already sent it and could be lost with the mail .

some friends advices me to file for FOIA freedom of informastion act and they said its important

and some they told me to call obdsman or whatever to ask for asest

some telling me in 6 months if i didn't hear from USCIS i should do something

our NOA expired in 4Nov 2007 does that mean something wrong ??

some told me the approval updates Aoutomatichlly and it doesn't matter if the Noa expired

some tell it does

in 16 OCT i received an e-mail they told me the file in question been sent to the INS what does that mean ??

im really lost and just god knows about my suffering .. i want to be on a base of secure

i forget to tell that in the interview i presented more than 100 page of online conversations print out and about 20 pages of e-mails and about 30 online webcam pictures printed out and the CO told me that does not mean anything serious and i need to present real pictures i told her i have more than 60 real pictures and if she gives me a chance i will present them very soon because i have them in my house and i forgotten to bring them with me and i presented phone bills more than 3,000 $ and money transfer from her to me

for now some people told me to save more edvidences

what kind of new evidences i shall save more than what i present ??

please help for god sake

the interview was for K3 visa

i asked if i can apply to visit my wife the embassy told me i can't is that true ?? because i asked an attorney and he said i can

where is the truth please????

with broken heart im asking the good and seriuos friends to help me

I can't say I understand everything you are saying, but what I am gathering is that they believe that your relationship is for evading the immigration rules. Due to this they are sending it back to the USCIS office that approved the initial petition, and are requesting that they revoke it. Now the I-129f does expire, but the consulate has the right to extend it ifr they want too. Even if they don't you still have the I-130, and that does not expire. How much have you processed on the I-130? Where is that file?

You need to get either a senator or congressman to assist you. They can't get it approved, but they can help to make sure it doesn't fall between the cracks. I suggest that you wife keeps contacting them until they respond, or find another one. Forget the FOIA, they will not give you any reason for the denial of the visa. Keep gathering evidence to prove that your relationship is real, and have your wife visit as much as possible. Take plenty of pictures. Be prepared to explain to them why you were confused on the dates. Be careful, and don't try to hide anything from them, that will only make you look more guilty. This process takes a long time, so prepare.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

Hello, i asked the same question to, about my husband being allowed to visit me from Jordan while we are waiting for the process to finish. I was told No because when my husband visits to America he has to state that he is not trying to Immigrate to America. And that would not coincide with his I-130 application of wanting to Immigrate. She can visit you, but you cant visit her. And I heard from woman at the Mosque I go to in my state in America that if your wife goes to Jordan and you file the I-130 together there, that is gets processed and approved much faster in Jordan. And I also read that yesterday online that if your wife goes to Jordan and you file the forms together there that they get processed faster. But dont quote me on that.

There is another message board that is much easier to understand, it is called the Immigration portal. You can ask your questions there to.

As for your attorney, you just need to find a new one. And changing until you find the right one is who is very good at what he does.

thanks
