hello everybody and good luck .my history is the next i sent my package for adjustment of status ,two days ago i received a pink letter telling me that i ve to find a co sponser cause my wive s income was low ,please tell me whta documents sould my co sponser file ,is it 864,864A ,OR only 864 OR PART OF IT please help me i m confused .and is it necerssary to do file the documents with a nautorius.

hi! my husband had his mother as my co-sponsor.. she filled out an I-864a and submitted required docs.. don't forget to have that form (I-864A) notarized!

my father in law co sponsored and filed the I-864, same as my wife since he does not live in the same house hold.. he check off the box indicating he is the only joint sponsor.
