How? They aren't even in the system. They aren't taking anything away from the 'services' we file for.

Why do you care? Our spouses are here legally.

The OP also states that his friend went through junior high school.

Are you frieghtened to death of those criminal illegal 13 year olds?

And now he's an illegal 20-something. Still makes him illegal.

Exactly why I DO care, more. I waited & paid fees & filled out proper documentation to do it LEGALLY. Anyone who evades the system makes our process harder/longer/more costly.

I understand the point Becca is making here. At 13 he is not in control of his situation, let alone the legality of it all. By the time he reaches full adulthood the USA is pretty much all he remembers - it's a tough call really and I'm not entirely sure we should be making accusations or judgements about a situation we know very little about.

Not everything is black and white, dots and stripes, left and right.

Charles, listen to what I'm saying. He wasn't old enough when he did enter to have made any kind of decision about it! I'm not talking about NOW!

The problem with illegal entry is the entry, right? If some kid was BROUGHT here, it sure isn't their fault it happened that way!

Are you frieghtened to death of those criminal illegal 13 year olds?

he was 13, just like all of us once were. unless of course you know many 13 year olds with all of these degrees:

I have a relative currently living is USA. He came to USA when he was 12 years old. He finish his jur. school, high school, BS in Economics, BS in Computer Science and finally MS in Computer Science (this week).

Unfortunately, that point could not be made without resorting to thinly veiled insults.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

Slow down there, feelin'. I'll be happy to discuss your issue but what is it? All I see is your comment that has no basis in fact.

Don't lrt the door hit him in the A$$ CYA!

illegals are ilegals.

Can't agree more. I look forward to his 10 year ban.

Yes indeed. His 10 year ban helps your petition get through the system faster, doesn't it?

Not at all. What it does is enforce the legal immigration system?

See, you are incapable of addressing the issue here. Instead, you choose to try to discredit me and make rhetorical arguments.

Stop the personal attacks and cool down everyone. Thanks.

Some people are incapable of discussing.

And all I see is you asking a rhetorical question with an underlying insult. My comment was PURELY factual. Please point out one false thing in it. You can't.

I'm just going to butt in here and say that I don't think Becca was insulting you. She often phrases posts that are intended to make you think rather than insult or attack. I think that is what she is trying to do here, so just chill. :D

I'm not buying it. You can defend her all you please, but she WAS making an assumption about my post in the form of a question. Did she really need to quote my post 2 pages later to make her point?

Watch this, I'll actually answer your question rather than dodging it and asking you one. It's an amazing concept.

I look forward to his 10 year ban as a statement by the US government that you cannot dodge the system for 15 years and expect amnesty and forgiveness.

Full?

Our prisons are full of former 13 year old criminal illegals.

Criminal illegal?

Yeah. Overcrowding is quite a problem in most US jails.

Definitely. However, there are lots of other factors contributing to overcrowding besides detention of illegal aliens.

The 'rules' to verify we as couples are legit don't have anything to do with illegal entry. They have to do with beneficiaries from other countries using the service and US citizens to legally enter the country but with a fraudulent marriage.

The fee hikes have to do with bringing the service into the technological age.

That's a bit inaccurate. He didn't start accruing illegal presence until he turned eighteen. Hardly 15 years of dodging the system.

Yes it is. But not because of 13 year olds. USC's or otherwise.

Especially since minors aren't housed with those of legal age.
