hi guys..

Just want to ask if I really need to have my TD and Varicella second dose vaccine done before applying for AOS.. Me and my husband are planning to mail our AOS application this week but I realized I haven't done it yet... I'm thinking if I can do it during the application process because my K1 visa will expire this Jan. 10, 2008..

PLs. help us guys....

03-29-07 = I-129F received at CSC

04-02-07 = NOA 1

04-05-07 = Check cashed

04-10-07 = Touch

07-16-07 = Touch

07-20-07 = NOA2 via snailmail

09-24-07 = Early Medical @ St. Lukes

09-27-07 = St. Lukes - Medical Examination

03-28-08 = NOA1 for I-485, I-765 & I-131

04-01-08 = Received Biometrics appointment letter

04-16-08 = Scheduled Biometrics Appointment (done)

04-18-08 = I-485 & I-765 case status appears online

05-15-08 = EAD card production ordered (emailed by CRIS)

05-15-08 = AP Approval notice received

05-19-08 = EAD card production ordered (2nd emailed by CRIS)

05-21-08 = EAD and AP card received

12-01-08 = Received I-797C, Notice of Action

01-14-09 = AOS Interview - APPROVED!

01-15-09 = Green Card production ordered (emailed by CRIS) & shown at USCIS website

01-26-09 = Received GREEN CARD by mail -- YAHOOOOO!!!!!

You need to take the vaccination paperwork you got from the doctor who did your medical to a Civil SDurgeon here in the US and he will transfer all the info on to the vaccination suppliment form and seal it in a envelope.... you then send this along with your AOS application.... you do not have to have completed all the vaccinations.... you also do not have to file for your AOS before the I-94 expires just as soon as you are able too...

Frequent question.

You only need to have started the vaccinations, you get your record transfered to a supplement by a CS.

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

you are not required to, but it's best to do it as soon as you are able to
