Hiya all,

I've read some stuff, but I'm getting VERY nervous about travelling next week to the US. I'm even having nightmares that I'd be denied entry.

· I have a letter from my employer saying that I'm working with him UP TO DATE.

· I have proof I'm paying a mortgage (in Spanish).

· I can also bring my monthly salary (in Spanish).

Do I need something else? I'm thinking about printing my WAC number and the CASE STATUS from the USCIS Website as well to prove we're doing things legally.

Anything else?

Thanks much!

I am not sure how to answer the question, as I don't know what type of VISA you received to come into the US this time. If you have documents in Spanish, I would make sure they are translated to English. Also, wouldn't that information be what you would have given the US consulate/Embassy to get the entry VISA? Much luck and no more nightmares

The longer it takes to introduce yourself the less you've actually accomplished

Every case is different...

In my case, my fiance entered the US on oct 30th. No questions were asked, just the regular ones "where do you live, is this personal or business, when will you fly back, where will you stay?"

So I would say don't worrie too much, don't be nervous! You are only gonna visit him!

Good luck
