I live in the USA and my fiance lives in Spain. (we are going for the fiance visa) We are getting a cosponsor because I am a student. I will be looking for a job upon graduation, around the time we are hoping to get married, but I definently am getting my dad to cosponsor. My question is this:

1) on the g-325a form it says to list all previous employment for the past five years, and the first line says to Present Time. As mentioned, I am a student, but I have had two jobs in the past 2 years, but not currently. I cant change the 'present time' box, and the sample form says to not leave blanks in the time line. Do i put Student for present, between the two jobs, and before to equal five years? Also, what if i get a job between now and when i get married (since this process takes so long)?

2) Also, is it better to have the attatched sheet (it says if more room is needed) to put the full address (three lines) of the places of employment, or have the address all on one line with commas separating?

3) I know in one of the FAQ it says for people with latin names (two last names, the first is paternal, the second is maternal) to put on the cover letter their full name, and say that you will be using their father's name in the forms. how should this be worded? i was thinking (fake name:) John Smith Boy (hereby referred to as John Smith)... or should i explain that he has a latin name and that the forms will just have his father's name? For example, on the g-325a form, it asks for 'Family name' but should i put Smith or Smith Boy?? Or should i just put both his last names everytime it asks for his last name??

4)Likewise, when filling out his g-325a when it asks for parents family name, do i put Smith Guerra under Father and Boy Rodriquez under Mother's family name? or just Smith under father and Rodiquez under mother?

5) For the questions about where he will live in the USA, i currently live with my parents (my dad is cosponsor, as mentioned) but we will get an apartment for after we are married. But since we wont know where that is until after the whole process is done, can i just put my current address? Once we find our own place, is their a form to fill out like if when cosponsors move? What if my and my parents move within the next year and so the address where he will live changes?

sorry for so many questions, it is just such a long process and i dont want to get anything wrong! thanks ahead of time for anwsering
